| About | Blind River Scare is a vehicle for the songs of Newport, South Wales, UK, based singer/songwriter Tim Manning.
Blind River Scare with a full band line-up have released "Graveyard Sounds " a limited edition single (2005), "Killing Time" a five track E.P. (2007) and contributed "Walking On Hell's Roof Looking At The Flowers" to the Jon Langford tribute C.D. "Levitation" (2008) A download only single "Backsliding Again/Open Door" saw Tim presenting Blind River Scare in a stripped-down acoustic format. (2009) with a track included on The Acoustic Programme CD, "Taking It Back To The Wood" (2009) Blind River Scare's latest release is a solo acoustic CD "The Straight and True" recorded live in session. (2010) Since 2005 Blind River Scare (Solo, Duo, Trio and Full Band line-ups) have played live throughout the UK, both headlining and supporting touring bands including :- Clem Snide (U.S.A.), Midlake (U.S.A.), Amy Wadge (U.K.), The Deadstring Brothers (U.S.A.), Redlands Palomino Co. (U.K.), Mark Eitzel/American Music Club (U.S.A.), The Believers (U.S.A.), OX (Canada), Fionn Regan (Ireland), The Silent League (U.S.A.), James Walbourne (U.K.), Songdog (U.K.), Morning Bride (U.K.), Vetiver (U.S.A.), Miles Hunt and Erica Nockalls/The Wonderstuff (U.K.), Peter Bruntnell (U.K.), Daddy (Tommy Womack/Wil Kimborough) (U.S.A.), Furnace Mountain (U.S.A.), Dead Rock West (U.S.A.). |
